Painting Meditation with Michelle Kurihara is available by reservation at Sawidji Gallery.

Building Awareness is crucial in life. To navigate your way, Yoga and Art are powerful tools and practical tools that assist you. ~ Michelle Kurihara

Do you find it hard to meditate? Do you find it difficult to find the time to meditate? This session guides you through the steps and helps you to find a calm and relaxing space. By letting your creativity flow through painting. Each stroke is a meditation and every colour is healing. Michelle will guide you through meditation and intention setting to begin followed by painting through an emotion or visualisation.

The lesson’s duration is approximately 2 hours. Located in Mas Ubud, in Sawidji Studio Gallery. A relaxed informal environment to enjoy a wellness exercise that has many positive benefits. Painting meditation is usually held on Thursdays 2 pm.

The session includes light refreshments and your take-home canvas. All materials included.

About Michelle Kurihara

Michelle Kurihara of Sound of Rain Studio has over 10 years of experience as a yoga teacher and has taught in several different countries. Her painting meditation and inner child healing programs run in several locations in Bali.
