Returns Policy
We offer a 14 Days Money Back returns policy when you buy online through sawidji.com. However if you buy from our gallery site or at an art fair or partner location then you buy the work as seen and is not eligible for return.

The buyer is liable for the cost of the return shipping to the artist. Please contact info@sawidjifinearts.gallery if you have any questions.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your art work then please return the work within 14 days of receiving it.
1.The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to choose for a signed for delivery service. It can take up to 7 -14 days for the item to reach its destination as international shipping times vary.
2. We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
3.You must return the goods within 14 days of your receipt of the art work with both art work and all packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped, including our delivery slip and at your risk and cost.
4. After our artist has received the art work, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned. Please see our returns policy.

Returns Process
You can contact us through info@sawidjifinearts.gallery regarding returns. We will send you a returns form containing our return address. Please print this email and include it with the art work when returning the work. We advise you to opt for a signed for delivery, as we can not accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
We will refund your purchase when we have received and checked the item. Please see returns policy.

How Can I Cancel My Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at info@sawidjifinearts.gallery as soon as possible to notify us that you wish to cancel. If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow the standard return process described above.

Items that are not eligible for Return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Sale Items

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
