Shipping policy

All pre stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. For custom orders including items on backorder or pre order, processing time will adhere to item turnaround time and will be confirmed via email. For custom art work or special orders there may be time variables depending on artist schedules.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • We offer free shipping in Bali. 
  • We offer free shipping for all domestic orders over 800,000Rp in Indonesia.
  • Orders are delivered via Indonesia Postal Service.

Local delivery

  • Free local delivery is available for orders in Bali via Indonesia Post.
  • Free local courier within the Ubud area, 10km from our location.

In-store pickup

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10-5pm Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Due to the variables of our artwork and items we process international shipping by quotation per order. For international orders, we will provide quote and estimate from Indonesia International Postal Service and include this in your order confirmation within one business day. You may choose available international couriers DHL as an alternative. Due to the variable shipping charges from courier and postal service, we are happy to provide both quotations. We do not add any surcharge for handling in addition to the cost of shipping from Indonesia Post or DHL.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sawidji Gallery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes.
